Barbara was fantastic, her advice proved to be precious and indispensable. Super nice welcome. You can have fun trying and trying again... playing with asymmetries, playing down an elegant garment, enhancing a basic garment. The quality then... is really good. I purchased a lot of items online, for the most part I got it right and I was satisfied.
I recently purchased 3 pairs of linen trousers, 2 of which I have already washed in the washing machine on a 30* delicate programme, they were shortened and reduced by one size, not a bad thing given the size of the garments. I kept a couple and sent photos in various poses to make the "defect" clear.
The response was that it never happened, I'm sorry that an Italian company doesn't guarantee some sort of refund or voucher. I will continue to buy, perhaps, but with some reservations, especially by word of mouth.
